By accessing or using Twinnable's AI Revenue Team Platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Twinnable provides an AI-powered revenue team platform that enables organizations to create, manage, and deploy AI agents for various revenue-related roles including sales, marketing, and customer success.

Account Creation

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

When using AI agents, you agree to:

• Use agents only for legitimate business purposes
• Ensure agent communications are truthful and not misleading
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of individuals
• Not use agents for spam, harassment, or malicious activities

AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI agents may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent outputs
• Agents should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human oversight
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from agent use

Usage Limits

Your use of AI agents is subject to the limits of your subscription plan, including the number of agents, API calls, and processing capacity.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWINNABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Cap on Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds unless required by law.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Cause harm to other users or the Service

Effect of Termination
